Perforated Window Graphics
- 1-year warranty, covers peeling, excessive fading, and cracking
- No warranty on windows that move or slide. We don’t recommend opening or using wipers on windows that have perforated vinyl applied
- Life expectancy of perforated window film: 12 to 24 months
Exterior Signs and Decals
- 2-year warranty against fading, cracking, and peeling
- Life expectancy of an exterior sign: 24 to 48 months
Banners
- No warranty. Banners are considered a temporary sign. Proper installation will extend the life of the banner, but no warranty is implied or expressed
- Typical life expectancy with proper installation: 3 to 24 months
Vehicle Lettering (die-cut vinyl on windows or painted surfaces)
- 5-year warranty, covers peeling, excessive fading, and cracking
- No warranty on chrome or other special order vinyl
- Typical life expectancy: 5 to 7 years, depending on care and material type
Vehicle Wraps
- 3-year warranty, covers peeling, excessive fading, and cracking
- Life expectancy of a vehicle wrap: 3 to 5 years for vertical exposure, 1 to 3 years for non-vertical exposure
Extras
- Damage from vandalism, wind, rain, hail, or any act of God is not covered
- Graphics that are “RTA” (Ready to Apply) and installed by the client are not covered against lifting or peeling
- Warranty repairs are performed at Now That’s a Wrap’s facility or the client’s original install site only
- Any altering or tampering with graphics installed by Now That’s a Wrap voids the warranty
Graphic Removal
- Removal of graphics before the warranty period ends is guaranteed not to damage OEM-painted surfaces, except for Chevy and GMC vans
- If graphics are removed after the warranty has expired, no guarantee is given on the condition of the surface underneath
- If the surface isn’t covered in OEM paint, no warranty is provided
